We are a membership community and co-working space located in the Arts District for impact-focused entrepreneurs, civic leaders, non-profit leaders, consultants and artists all working to address the most critical issues facing our city.
Offices
Hublet / Office Members are a core part of the Hub LA Community. All access members and Hublet office members have access to the building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Hublet Office Membership agreement shall be on a month to month basis.
STAFFING
Hosts are available Monday through Friday 9am-6:30pm to assist with your needs.

Affordable printing and copying.

KITCHEN ACCESS
Complimentary tea from Art of Tea, Vero filtered sparkling water and Stumptown coffee.

UTILITIES
Utilities are covered by Hub LA. We strive to be eco-friendly with and use energy efficient Nest products.
MAILBOX
Mailbox available for rent. Proximity to USPS for package drop-offs.
SIGNAGE
Hub LA will provide one office door logo for each office tenant.
OFFICE KEYS
Each "All Access" and Hublet memberships have personal key access.
PARKING
We offer validated parking for $8/day. Parking passes available for $180/month.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
All rentals are discounted for Hublet Office Members with up to 8 hours of conference room time available per calendar month free of charge.
EVENT SPACE
Hublet office members receive discounted rates for event space.
