Ama Yoga provides yoga programs to local homeless shelters and transitional facilities.  Our goal is to help empower healing and self-confidence using breath, movement and meditation.  Currently offering 10 weekly classes in shelters around Los Angeles your contribution helps to offer more classes and expanding to San Francisco and New York City.To learn more or to donate, please visit our website: amayoga.org.
