Workshop includes:
-Guided self-massage on Yoga Tune UpĀ® Therapy Balls to melt tension from the upper back and neck
-Simple exercises to strengthen your core and open your shoulders for better posture at the computer
-Hip, hamstring & ankle stretches to loosen up tight legs
-Yoga Nidra style led meditation to deeply calm your nervous system and wire your subconscious mind for success
After learning the art of self-care through yoga and meditation Healthy Living Chef Julie Ward will be serving some guilt-free snacks to fortify your body and spirit!
